Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the opposite party has also preferred First Appeal No. 116 of 2022 against the common impugned judgment passed by the learned Family Court, Bokaro in Original Suit No. 76 of 2018. It is submitted that the opposite party has been appearing in person in the said appeal. Therefore, if the present petition is posted along with the said appeal, the requirement of service of notice may be waived.

As such, let the instant matter be listed along with First Appeal No. 116 of 2022 on 28.03.2023.
