07/02.03.2023 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners Mr. Kunal Chandra Suman submits that he has received Vakalatnama yesterday only.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents Mr. Indranil Bhaduri, S.C. IV has submitted that provisions of clause 4.3 (ka) 4 is under challenge in the present proceedings which was also subject matter of a writ petition and the State had file L.P.A. No. 102 of 2011 which has been disposed of vide order dated 07.09.2022. Learned counsel submits that judgment passed in L.P.A. may have some bearing in the present case. The connected writ petition OF THE L.P.A. was W.P. (C) No. 5173 of 2010.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall also examine the aforesaid judgment.

4. Post these cases on 14.03.2023 in the supplementary cause list.
