An Interlocutory Application being I.A. No. 2277 of 2023 has been filed by the appellants-State praying therein for tagging and hearing this case along L.P.A. No. 51 of 2023 as both the appeals arise out of the same impugned judgment dated 31.01.2023.

Having regard to the averments made in this Interlocutory Application, I.A. No. 2277 of 2023 is allowed.

List this case along with L.P.A. No. 51 of 2023. Another Interlocutory Application being I.A. No. 2278 of 2023 has been filed for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned judgment dated 31.01.2023.

Since the connected appeal being L.P.A. No. 51 of 2023 has been taken up by us and in that case, certified copy of the order impugned has already been filed by the respondent-appellant, the application for exemption for filing certified copy by the State- appellants is hereby, allowed.

Accordingly, I.A. No. 2278 of 2023 stands disposed of. However, the remaining defects pointed out by the Office be removed within a period of two weeks, failing which this appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.

If the defects are removed within the aforesaid period, list this case on 29.03.2023 as fresh along with the connected appeal.
