h Order No. 12/Dated: 19 June 2023 Mr. Durga Charan Mishra, the learned counsel appears for the respondents who were put on trial in Sessions Trial No. 166 of 2012 and Sessions Trial No. 214 of 2014 (Supplementary) and by the judgment dated 16th February 2016 acquitted of the criminal charges framed against them under sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. The officer-in-charge of Shikaripara Police Station within the district of Dumka shall execute the bailable warrant of arrest against the respondents who shall be released on furnishing an undertaking before the said officer-in-charge to the effect that they shall remain physically present or through their counsel whenever their presence is required in this Court.
3. On the request of Mr. Pankaj Kumar, the learned Public Prosecutor, post this matter on 20th July 2023.
