After this Letters Patent Appeal was filed no step has been taken by the appellant-Heavy Engineering Corporation Limited to prosecute this matter.

Mr. Raunak Sahay, the learned counsel for the appellant states that now a decision has been taken to engage some other senior counsel because Mr. Anil Kumar Sinha, the learned senior counsel is not keeping well.
