09/ 20.07.2023 The private respondent No. 5 is claiming the title over the lands on the basis of the decree, passed by the learned Sub-Judge, Ranchi in Title Suit No. 131 of 1960.
In our considered opinion, the Civil Court has no jurisdiction regarding matters relating to alienation / unauthorized possession of the lands belonging to Tribals. In that view of the matter, we are willing to examine the pleadings and judgment passed by the learned Sub-Judge, Ranchi.
Registry is directed to call for the original records of the aforesaid title suit as early as possible.
