When we took up the matter, it became clear that both the
Criminal Appeals arise out of the same incident but two different
judgments were passed in split-up trials and now two Additional Public
Prosecutors are appearing for the State which is leading to confusion
regarding the evidences relating to both the cases.
In that view of the matter, we hereby urge the counsels
appearing for the State to have a joint reading of the evidences and
prepare the case in a better way.
Put up these cases on 24.08.2023.
