06/ 13.07.2023 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with the liberty to take recourse under the law, in view of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of "Yogendra Pratap Singh v. Savitry Pandey, reported in (2014) 10 SCC 713.

2. Mr. Chandra, learned A.C. to A.A.G.-III appearing for the State has got no objection.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
