1. Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the respondent- State are present.

2. Two interlocutory applications being I.A. No. 7454/2021 and I.A. No. 9349/2022 have been filed for fixing an early date of hearing in the present case.

3. Nobody is appearing on behalf of the respondent-D.V.C. to oppose the prayer of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, I.A. No. 7454/2021 and I.A. No. 9349/2022 are hereby allowed.

5. The matter is directed to be posted under the heading for 'Final Disposal' on 03.08.2023.

6. Office is directed to forward a soft copy of this order to Mr. R. N. Sahay, Senior Advocate as well as Mr. Prashant Kumar, Advocate, who had appeared before this Court on 21.11.2022 when the adjournment was sought for.

7. Learned counsel for the parties are directed to prepare short synopsis of notes, list of dates and also furnish a copy of the judgment on which they seek to rely upon much prior to the next date of hearing.

8. The learned senior counsel for the petitioners has filed short synopsis of notes, but he has submitted that so far as the judgment(s) is concerned, he shall file the same much prior to the next date of hearing .
