Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one Interlocutory Application being I.A. No. 11690 of 2022 has been filed praying therein for extension of the interim order dated 03.06.2020 which was subsequently extended vide order dated 03.12.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Ltd. & Another Versus C.B.I. reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299, the learned Court below has vacated the stay order passed by this Court vide order dated 03.06.2020 and proceeded with the case and therefore, it is urged on behalf of the petitioner that let the interim relief be continued till the next date.

Under the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court finds that it is just and reasonable to extend the interim relief granted to the petitioners vide order dated 03.06.2020 which was subsequently extended vide order dated 03.12.2021.

In the facts and circumstances of this case and having been satisfied with the submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner, the interim order dated 03.06.2020, is extended and shall remain in force till the next date.

In above view of the matter, the pending Interlocutory Application being I.A. No. 11690 of 2022 gets disposed of.

Put up this case after two weeks.
