09 / 01.02.2023 This appeal was directed against the judgment and decree dated 20.07.2018 and 30.07.2018 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad in Original Suit No. 504/2016, whereby the suit for dissolution of marriage between the parties filed under section 13 (1) (i-a) (i-b) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 was allowed.

2. During pendency of this appeal, parties have amicably settled the matter. They have agreed to live separately with mutual consent. Learned counsel for the appellant, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this appeal, for which I.A. No. 991/2023 has been preferred incorporating the terms of settlement.

2. Learned counsel for the Respondent does not have any objection.

3. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. I.A. No. 991/2023 stands disposed of.
