02/23.08.2023         This criminal appeal is directed against the judgment of

conviction dated 01.04.2023 and sentence dated 10.04.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Spl. Judge C.A.W, Hazaribagh in S.T. Case No.168 of 2017 arising out of Giddi P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 722 of 2017, whereby the appellant has been convicted for the offence under section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced for imprisonment of 7 years RI alongwith fine of Rs.10,000/- and in default of payment of fine the additional imprisonment of two months. The convict further undergo RI for 5 years along with fine of Rs.10,000/- for the offence under section 306 of IPC and in default of payment of fine the additional imprisonment of two months
