04/Dated: 27th April, 2023 The above applications have been listed today on the report of the Registry that due to typographical error the date of order has been typed as 19.01.2022 instead of 19.01.2023 and as such the order could not be communicated to the petitioners.
2. In view of the aforesaid fact it is clarified that the order passed in Cr. Rev.No. 607 of 2004 with Cr. Rev. No. 779 of 2004, the date of disposal be read as 19.01.2023 instead of 19.01.2022. It is further clarified that in para 12 of the judgment it has been mentioned that the surviving petitioners shall pay the aforesaid fine of Rs.15,000/- within four months from the date of order, as such paragraph 12 of the said judgment be read as under:-
"The surviving petitioners shall pay the aforesaid fine amount of Rs.15,000/- each within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order."
3. Let this order be read in continuation of the previous order. Further, if any certified copy is applied for Cr. Rev. No. 607 of 2004 with Cr. Rev. No. 779 of 2004 the copy of this order shall also be issued along with the previous order.
