1. Learned counsel for the parties are present.
2. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that a short point is involved in the present case. He submits that the matter relates to black listing for a period of 5 years and the petitioner would confine his relief to the point of black listing and the mutual obligations arising out of the contract could be a matter of separate litigation. He submits that the black listing has been done in gross violation of principles of natural justice. He has submitted that the reason for black listing, as is apparent from the order, is on grounds which are beyond the show cause notice.
3. Post this case under the heading for 'Final Disposal' on 17.05.2023.
4. Learned counsel for the parties submit that they shall file their respective list of dates, short synopsis of arguments and the judgment on which they seek to rely upon much prior to the next date of hearing.
