The impugned judgment was pronounced on 18.10.2021 and the appeal has been filed on 24.12.2021. Thus, there is no delay in preferring this Letters Patent Appeal as it is covered by the order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Suo motu Writ Petition (C) No. 03/2020.

Hence I.A. No. 2711 of 2023 filed for condonation of delay of 212 days in preferring this appeal is disposed of as infructuous.

I.A. No. 2986 of 2023 This interlocutory application has been filed for substitution of appellant No. 2. No objection has been filed.

Therefore, the application for substitution is allowed. Let the amended cause title page of this LPA be filed within seven days.

LPA No. 408 of 2021 List this case on 15th May, 2023.
