15/19.04.2023 Report submitted by the learned Registrar General is not so convincing, because in the earlier occasion also, similar plea was taken to protect the staffs of the office, but taking lenient view for the present, explanation furnished by the Staffs through learned Registrar General is accepted for the present. However, they shall remain careful in future, otherwise adverse inference may be drawn against them.

2. It transpires from the impugned order passed by the learned Court below that the learned Court below has doubted the Admission Register produced by the Headmaster.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the plea of juvenility of the petitioner has been rejected by the Juvenile Justice Board in contravention of the judgment reported in the case of Ashwani Kumar Saxena Versus State of Madhya Pradesh reported in (2012) 9 SCC 750 and also in light of the judgment reported in the case of Ajit Pramanik Versus the State of Jharkhand reported in 2015 (3) JLJR 289 by the Jharkhand High Court.

4. Under the circumstances, call for the original copy of the Admission Register of the School and Original School Leaving Certificate issued by the Rajkiya Madhya Vidayalya, Khamamva,

District- Hazaribag from the Juvenile Justice, Board, Hazaribag by keeping the scanned copies of the same by the learned Court below.

5. Put up this case on 04.05.2023.

6. Till then, further proceeding in connection with Bishnugarh P. S. Case No. 27 of 2010 corresponding to G. R. No. 609 of 2010 [ S. T. No. 171 of 2014] shall remain stayed so far as this petitioner is concerned.
