1. Learned counsel for the parties are present. I.A. No. 639 of 2023
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this interlocutory application has been filed challenging the revisional order, wherein the revisional authority has said that the revision itself is not maintainable. The learned counsel submits that he does not want to present this interlocutory application.
3. Accordingly, I.A. No. 639 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed. W.P. (C) No. 5520 of 2022
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that long running jamabandi has been cancelled. He has also referred to the provisions of Bihar Land Reforms Act and has submitted that there has been no proceeding under Section 4(h) of the Bihar land Reforms Act questioning the title of the petitioner.
5. The learned counsel has also relied upon the judgment passed by this Court in W.P. (C) No. 6609/2013 as well as the judgment passed in L.P.A. No. 786/2018.
6. Issue notice to the respondent Nos. 7 and 8 under registered cover as well as through ordinary process for which requisites etc. be filed by 20.04.2023.
7. The state is also directed to file a counter affidavit by the next date.
8. Post this case on 09.05.2023 awaiting service report.
