I.A. No. 2961 of 2023 This interlocutory application has been filed by the appellants for condoning the delay of 135 days in preferring the instant Letters Patent Appeal, in which, the appellants have challenged the order dated 21.6.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No. 2825 of 2008.

There is no objection from the respondents. Considering the aforesaid fact and also keeping in view of the judgment passed in the case of State of Uppar Pradesh Vs. Brahm Datt Sharma and Another, reported in (1987) 2 SCC 179, the delay of 135 days in preferring this Letters Patent Appeal is hereby condoned.

I.A. No. 2961 of 2023 stands disposed of. L.P.A. No. 661 of 2022 List this case on 11th May, 2023.
