11/03.04.2023 Pursuant to the order dated 27th March 2023, learned A.A.G.-II submits on instructions that the present case is similarly situated to that of W.P.(T) No.2222/2022 and other analogous cases decided vide judgment dated 21.02.2023. It however, appears that the relevant assessment records in connection with the instant case have not been summoned. Accordingly, learned counsel for the State shall obtain Assessment records of the relevant assessment years 2010-11, 2009-10 and 2011-12 respectively relating to the petitioner from the concerned assessing officer. The assessing officer shall be present on the next date along with the relevant assessment records.

As prayed for by learned counsel for the parties, let the case appear on 6th April 2023.
