04/29.09.2022 W.P.(T) No. 4073 of 2022, which is also on board today is tagged along with the instant case as both arise out of the common impugned order passed by the learned Commercial Taxes Tribunal, Jharkhand in respect of same petitioner.
W.P.(T) No. 4071 of 2022 Defect no.1 relating to certified copy of the impugned order is ignored as the same has been filed in W.P.(T) No. 4073 of 2022. Defect no. 2 is ignored since as per the learned counsel for the petitioner, he does not seek to rely the missing page no. 6 of the memo of revision preferred before the Tribunal.
I.A. No. 7834 of 2022 seeking exemption from filing the certified copy of the impugned judgment is disposed of.
W.P.(T) No. 4071 of 2022 With W.P.(T) No. 4073 of 2022 Learned counsel for the respondent is allowed 4 weeks time to file counter affidavit. 2 weeks' time thereafter is allowed to the petitioner to file reply thereto. List both the cases after 6 weeks.
