Learned counsel for the State Mr. V.S. Sahay, is directed to file the counter in this case with respect to the status of the investigation and also the inform the reason as to why the investigation has not been completed in view of order dated 26.02.2020.

In the meantime, let the present status of the case be called for from the concerned Court regarding the status of the case in this light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Ltd. & Another Versus C.B.I. reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299.
