Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioners in both the cases seeks adjournment.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party No. 2 in both the cases submits that one more Cr.M.P. is arising out of the same F.I.R. vide Cr.M.P. No. 2487 of 2013 and prays that let the same be also heard alongwith the aforesaid Cr.M.Ps.

As prayed for, let Cr.M.P. No. 2487 of 2013 be also posted alongwith the aforesaid cases.

In the meantime, let the present status of these cases be called for from the concerned Court regarding the status of the case in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Ltd. & Another Versus C.B.I. reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299.

The report must be received within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
