Learned counsel for the parties is present. Learned Addl.P.P. for the State submits that he does not have copy of the petition and counter affidavit.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to provide a copy of the petition along with the other documents to the learned Addl.P.P.

Further, it appears from the report called for from the court concerned that the concerned case is pending in the court below.

I.A. No. 7876 of 2022 The instant interlocutory application has been field for extension of the interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 17.07.2014 as the learned court below has vacated the stay on the basis of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Ltd. & Another Versus C.B.I. reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299 and in absence of any specific order learned court below is proceeded in this case and it is urged on behalf of the petitioner that the interim order granted by this Court vide order dated 17.07.2014 shall remain in force till the next date of hearing.

Having taken into consideration the aforesaid facts interim relief granted vide order dated 17.07.2014 is extended till the next date.

Accordingly this I.A. 7876 of 2022 gets disposed of.

Cr. M.P. No. 2915 of 2013 In view of the fact that the learned Addl.P.P. sought adjournment in absence of the copy of the petition and other material.

Let this case be adjourned.
