06/20.09.2022: This appeal has been filed against the judgment of acquittal dated 26.03.2018 passed by S.D.J.M., Koderma in C. Case No.440 of 2010 (T.R. No.43 of 2018).

In view of the order dated 16.08.2022 passed in Acquittal Appeal No.144 of 2019, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with a liberty to work out his remedy before an appropriate forum.

Permission is granted.

Counsel for the State has no objection. Accordingly, this appeal stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid. Pending I.A., if any, stands disposed of.
