06/20.09.2022: This appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 10.06.2019 passed
by J.M., 1st Class, Bokaro in Complaint Case No.163 of 2015 (T.R. No.286 of 2019).
In view of the order dated 16.08.2022 passed in Acquittal Appeal No.144 of 2019, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with a liberty to work out his remedy before an appropriate forum.
Permission is granted.
Counsel for the State has no objection. Accordingly, this appeal stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid. Pending I.A., if any, stands disposed of.
