04/20.09.2022:           This appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 17.12.2021 passed

by J.M., 1st Class, Jamshedpur in C/1 Case No.3765 of 2017 (T.R. No.706 of 2021).

In view of the order dated 16.08.2022 passed in Acquittal Appeal No.144 of 2019, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with a liberty to work out his remedy before an appropriate forum.

Permission is granted.

Counsel for the State has no objection. Accordingly, this appeal stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid. Pending I.A., if any, stands disposed of.
