Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Vishwanath Roy, learned counsel for the State as well Mr. Pratiush Lala, learned counsel for the Opposite party No.2.
2. Learned counsel for the parties has submitted that the matter may be sent to District Legal Service Authority, Bokaro for an amicable settlement of disputes between both the sides.
3. Under the circumstances, let the case be referred to District Legal Service Authority, Bokaro.
4. Both the parties (i.e, the petitioner and the Opposite Party No.2) shall appear before the District Legal Service Authority, Jamtara on 27th September, 2022.
5. The Secretary, D.L.S.A, Bokaro will appoint a Mediator for an amicable settlement of disputes between both the sides.
6. The Secretary, DLSA, Bokaro is directed to submit his report before this Court on or before 14th November, 2022.
7. Accordingly, put up this case on 17th November, 2022..
8. However, the petitioner pays a lump of Rs.5000/- per month for the maintenance to the Opposite Party No.2 and her child (i.e, O.P No.3) then the operation of impugned judgment shall remain stayed.
