In G.R Case No.973 of 1996, four persons were put on trial and convicted by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi.
Before this Court, Sanjay Surekha has preferred the present criminal revision against the judgment dated 12 th February 2016 in Criminal Appeal No.215 of 2012.
Presently, there is no information as regards other three accused persons who were convicted by the trial Court; whether they preferred any appeal against the judgment of conviction in G.R Case No.973 of 1996.
Mr. N.K. Pasari, the learned counsel for the petitioner shall file an affidavit on seeking instructions from the petitioner and making enquiry through District Court website within four weeks.
Post this matter on 18th November 2022.
