No one has appeared for the petitioners in Cr.M.P. No. 1356 of 2014.

Mrs. Nehala Sharmin, learned Addl.P.P. is present in Cr.M.P. No. 1173 of 2014, Mr. Saket Kumar, learned Addl.P.P. is present in Cr.M.P. No. 657 of 2014 and Mr. V.S. Sahay, learned Addl.P.P is present in Cr.M.P. No. 1356 of 2014 on behalf of the State.

No one has appeared for the O.P. No. 2. From the office note in Cr.M.P. No. 657 of 2014 it appears that the notice upon the O.P. No. 2 has duly been served. But despite valid service of notice no one has appeared for the O.P. No. 2.

Let status report be called for from the concerned Court regarding the status of the case in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Ltd. & Another Versus C.B.I. reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299.
