02/08.09.2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without issuance of proper show-cause notice under sub-section (1) of Section 73 of Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax, 2017, only a summary of show-cause notice in FORM GST DRC-01 (Annexure-2) dated 11th March, 2022 has been issued. The proceedings shall be hit by the judgment rendered by this Court in the case of M/s. Nkas Services Private Limited Vs. The State of Jharkhand & others in W.P.(T) No. 2444 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the Respondent-State Mr. Rahul Saboo seeks and is allowed two weeks' time to file counter affidavit.

List this case on 28th September, 2022, so that petitioner, in the meantime, may file reply thereto.
