04/Dated: 08/09/2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners relied on judgment of this

Court in the case of "Surendra Singh Vs. State of Jharkhand & Ors.

(W.P. (Cr.) No. 02 of 2021 decided on 24.03.2022 in which F.I.R. was

quashed.

It has been informed that the said judgment is challenged before

the Hon'ble Supreme Court in which notice has been issued upon the

respondents.

Let it appear on 07.12.2022.

Since by order dated 27.04.2022 interim order was passed

observing that petitioners shall cooperate in the investigation, the said order is

extended till the next date.

I.A. No.6965 of 2022 has been filed for grant of stay of

investigation/further proceeding.

Since interim order is already there, there is no need to clarify said

order.

I.A. No. 6965 of 2022 stands disposed of.
