Mr. Sumeet Gadodia, the learned counsel for the appellants tenders compilation of judgments.

Taken on record.

Post this matter on 17th October 2022 as the first case. L.P.A. No. 591 of 2018 The challenge laid to the order dated 2nd July 2011 was accepted by the writ Court and the order passed by the revisional authority was set aside, remanding the matter before the said authority for a fresh

adjudication with a clear finding whether the pre-emptors are the adjoining villagers.

Mr. Rajeev Ranjan Tiwary, the learned counsel for the appellants has referred to the judgments in "Suresh Prasad Singh v. Dulhin Phulkumari Devi and others" (2010) 6 SCC 441 and "Ram Roop Yadav v. State of Bihar" 1987 0 PLJR 455.

On account of paucity of time, further hearing of this Letters Patent Appeal is deffered for 11th October 2022 under the same heading.
