05/17.10.2022. I.A. No.5945 of 2022 has been filed for extension of interim order

dated 07.09.2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the

judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Asian Resurfacing of

Road Agency Private Limited v. Central Bureau of Investigation;

Cr. Appeal No.1375-76 of 2013 , it was necessitated to file this I.A.

Mr. Dayal, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 submits that

interim order is there and in that view of the matter, early date may kindly

be fixed for final disposal of this matter.

In view of the above facts and considering the statements made in

the said I.A., the prayer in the I.A. is allowed.

Interim order dated 07.09.2020 shall remain in force, till the

next date.

Accordingly, I.A. No.5945 of 2022 stands disposed of.

Let this matter appear on 30.11.2022.
