th Order No.38/Dated: 17 October 2022 IA No. 9627 of 2022 This application has been filed by "Suspended Board of Directors of M/s Tata Yodogawa Limited" seeking its impleadment in the pending Letters Patent Appeal.

Mr. M.S. Mittal, the learned senior counsel for the intervenor, assisted by Mr. Salona Mittal, the learned counsel, refers to the judgments in "Udit Narain Singh Malpaharia v. Addl. Member Board of Revenue" AIR 1963 SC 786; "Competition Commission of India v. Steel Authority of India Limited" (2010) 10 SCC 744, and; "Vijay Kumar Jain v. Standard Chartered Bank" (2019) 20 SCC 455 in support of this application for intervention.

Issue notice.

Mr. Mrinal Kanti Roy, the learned senior standing counsel for the Jharkhand Urja Vikas Nigam Limited and Mr. Manoj Tandon, the learned counsel for the Bihar State Electricity Board, waive notice on behalf of the intervenor.

Let reply be filed within four weeks.

LPA No. 332 of 2015 Mr. Kumar Anshuman, the learned counsel for the appellant, seeks adjournment on the ground of personal difficulty of Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh, the learned counsel, who would be leading him in the present Letters Patent Appeal.
