2. We have heard learned counsel for the appellant on the prayer for condonation of delay of 90 days in preferring the instant Memo of Appeal made through I.A. No. 8910/2019.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant being a lady and a single mother having financial problem was also taking care of her ailing minor daughter, which has caused delay in obtaining certified copy of the impugned judgment and thereafter preferring the appeal. As such, delay may be condoned.
4. Having regard to the explanation furnished and on being satisfied therefrom, delay is condoned. I.A. stands disposed of.
5. Admit.
6. Call for the lower court records in connection with Original Suit No. 30/2018 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dumka.
7. Place the case under the heading 'For hearing' on receipt of lower court records, as per its age.
