03/12.05.2022        The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the

respondents to issue PDS license to the petitioner in pursuance of the office

order dated 11.02.2021 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Ramgarh whereby

the said authority has decided to revoke the suspension of the petitioner's

licence in view of his acquittal from the charges of black marketing by the Court

of competent jurisdiction vide judgment dated 06.03.2018.

Learned A.C to S.C-VI appearing on behalf of the State-respondents,

prays for and is allowed four weeks' time to seek instruction and file counter

affidavit.
