09/ 06.05.2022 This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Mr. Ashutosh Anand, learned A.A.G.-III, appearing for the State submits that this matter may be taken up after a week to enable him to go through the judgment passed in W.P. (Cr.) No. 14 of 2021 and its analogous cases, as relied by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner so as to assist the Court on the next date.

In view of such submission, let this matter appear on 17.06.2022.
