05/05.05.2022 This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

"(a) For a direction upon the respondents for regularization of ad hoc based para teachers with minimum work experience of at least 10 years against the sanctioned post in light of Hon'ble Supreme Court Judgment dated 10.04.2006 passed in State of Karnataka and others versus Uma Devi and other [Civil Appeal No.3595-3612/99, 1861-2063, 3849/2001, 3520-24/2002 and 1968/2006]

(b) For a direction upon the respondents to pay the salary to the petitioner in terms of relevant pay scale applicable to the similarly situated employees.

(c) For maintaining the status quo of the petitioner as para teacher in the school wherein he is presently appointed till the disposal of the instant writ.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Navneet Sahay, submits that he has no instruction in the present case and therefore, he does not want to press this writ petition.

3. Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
