1. The present revision application has been filed against the judgment dated 17.07.2019, passed by the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro in Complaint Case No.1125 of 2017, corresponding to T. R. No.807 of 2019 whereby the O.P. No.02 has been acquitted from the charge under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
2. At the very outset, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the revisionist that the matter has been settled between the parties and as such seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal revision application.
3. Learned A.P.P is present.
4. Permission is accorded. The present criminal revision application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.
