st Order No.14/Dated: 31 March 2022 Pursuant to the order dated 2nd February 2022, the learned counsels appearing for the parties have filed their respective list of proposed issues.
On the basis of the pleadings of the parties and the findings recorded by the learned Family Court Judge the following issues arise for consideration in the present First Appeal: (i) whether the judgment in Title Matrimonial Suit No. 125 of 2011 is liable to be set-aside on account of non-consideration of the documentary evidence laid by the appellant during the trial of the suit and (ii) whether the findings recorded by the learned Family Court Judge on cruelty is vitiated on account of omission to consider the evidence produced by the appellant.
Post this matter on 4th May 2022.
