Mr. Sashi Kant, the learned counsel appears and states that Ms. Rita Kumari, the learned counsel for the respondent has gone to Patna for her personal cause.

Mrs. Darshana Poddar Mishra, the learned Additional Advocate-General-I appears and states that she has already prepared the paper book containing short synopsis, list of dates and notes of arguments along with judgments delivered by the Hon'ble Full Bench of Jharkhand High Court and as affirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of "Parmeshwar Nanda and Others v. State of Jharkhand through Chief Secretary and Others" (2020) 12 SCC 131.
