2. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the prayer made.

3. Accordingly, I.A. No. 1623 of 2022 is hereby allowed and the present case with respect to petitioner No. 3 is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case is fully covered by the judgment passed this court in L.P.A. No. 48 of 2019.

5. Learned counsel for the respondents prays that the matter may be posted tomorrow so that she may examine the judgment.
