Order No. 08: Dated: 29th June, 2022 Learned counsel for the parties is present. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter could not be resolved between the parties and the joint compromise petition could not be filed, therefore, it is submitted that let a fresh notice be issued upon the O.P. No. 2 in the present Cr.M.P. as well as in I.A. No. 6978 of 20210 through both the process for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks.

In the meantime, let status report be called for from the concerned Court regarding the status of the case in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Ltd. & Another Versus C.B.I. reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299. The report must be received within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
