07/28.06.2022 Let W.P.(T) Nos. 1809 of 2020, 2596 of 2020, 2547 of 2020, 2560 of 2020, 2564 of 2020, 1632 of 2021 &1434 of 2020 be tagged with the instant case as all relate to common issue of filing of TRAN-1 or the revised TRAN-1.

We have heard learned counsels representing individual writ petitions and also learned counsel for the CGST, the State Tax Authorities and GSTN in the respective cases.

Learned counsel for the parties would submit synopsis containing list of dates and events and also written notes containing the propositions of law and extracts of the judgments on which they seek to rely.

Post these cases under orders on 07.07.2022 by which time, the learned counsel for the parties would supply the written notes and the synopsis containing the list of dates and events.
