07/24.06.2022 Learned counsel for the opposite party- officials of the State Bank of India has produced order dated 16.10.2020 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (c) No. 11413 of 2020 arising out of judgment and order dated 11.02.2020 passed in L.P.A. No. 505 of 2016 and submitted that the Apex Court while issuing notice has asked the High Court to defer the contempt proceeding. He submits that petitioner / respondent therein has also entered appearance as would appear from the order dated 16.02.2022 passed in the said case by the Apex Court.
In that view of the matter, the contempt petition be listed after disposal of the Special Leave to Appeal (c) No. 11413 of 2020.
Parties are at liberty to mention as and when the instant SLP is disposed of by the Apex Court.
