10/ 10.06.2022 The instant application has been preferred challenging the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Giridih in Complaint Case No. 448 of 1995, corresponding to T.R. No. 1326 of 1999 and the judgment of learned appellate court vide order dated 23.05.2022, passed by learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Giridih, whereby the petitioners were directed to be released on furnishing bond of Rs.2,000/- (Two thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each for a period of six months with a direction to maintain peace during the said period.
2. Mr. Ram Lakhan Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have furnished bail bond on 18.06.2003, as such nothing remains to be adjudicated in this case.
3. Ms. Vandana Bharti, learned APP does not have any dispute with the aforesaid fact.
4. In view to the aforesaid submission, the instant application stands disposed of.
