1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P. (S) No. 4846/2007 with regard to shifting of date of absorption, which was rejected vide judgment dated 01.05.2017 passed in W.P. (S) No. 3375/2016 (lead case) and other analogous cases.

2. The learned counsel submits that the petitioners have filed a review petition being Civil Review No. 136/2019. He submits that ultimately result of the Civil Review Petition will have a direct bearing in the present case. He has further submitted that the State has also preferred a Letter Patents Appeal against the aforesaid judgment passed in the analogous cases. Accordingly, he seeks adjournment.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions , this writ petition is hereby adjourned and is directed to be posted in the month of October, 2022 before appropriate Bench as per roster.
