2. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is adjourned and is directed to be posted on 05.08.2022.

3. Learned counsel for the parties are directed to prepare list of dates, short synopsis of argument and also to provide the judgments, on which they seek to rely upon, by 29.07.2022.

4. It is made clear that no further adjournment will be granted on the next date i.e., 05.08.2022.
