3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a counter affidavit has been filed in the present case, though as back as in the year 2013, but he has to file rejoinder to the counter affidavit. He accordingly prays for adjournment.

4. Considering the fact that the counter affidavit was filed as back as in the year 2013 and no rejoinder has been filed till date, matter is adjourned and is directed to be posted on 20.01.2022 under the heading for 'Final Disposal' and rejoinder, if any, may be filed latest by 17.01.2022. No further time will be granted to file rejoinder. The case will be taken up on 20.01.2022 on the basis of materials available on record.

5. Learned counsel for the parties are also directed to file their synopsis of arguments/list of dates/judgments on which they seek to rely much prior to the next date.
