09/ 13.01.2022 These petitions have been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.

I.A. No. 71 of 2022 [in Cr.M.P. No. 1326 of 2014] has been filed for extension of the stay order dated 18.09.2014.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the concerned Court is proceeding in view of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. Versus Central Bureau of Investigation, reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299.

Mr. Din Dayal Saha, learned counsel appearing for the O.P. No. 2 submits that any date may kindly be fixed for final disposal of the case, as the interim order is in favour of the petitioner.

In view of the above facts and considering that this petition is still pending before this Court and the hearing is restricted in view of sudden surge of pandemic, the prayer made in the aforesaid interlocutory application is allowed.

The aforesaid interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.

The interim order dated 18.09.2014 [in Cr.M.P. No. 1326 of 2014] shall remain in force till the next date.

Post these matters on 18.04.2022.
